WATERMELON HYDRATION JUICE

Ingredients

Instructions

JUICER METHOD
  1. Put watermelon, mint and lime into your juicer and juice. Pour into a glass with ice. Top with coconut water and a pinch of sea salt. Add a mint for a garnish.
  2. I use the Namawell J2 Coldpress Juicer! I absolutely love this juicer. The coldpress mechanics does not heat up the produce which would result in nutrient loss. I also love that its hands free and super easy to clean. Use my code ABBY10 for 10% off your own J2 Juicer!
BLENDER METHOD
  1. In a high speed blender, add watermelon, lime, mint, coconut water and sea salt. Blend and then strain with cheesecloth or strainer. Pour into a glass with ice. Add mint to garnish.
  2. Enjoy!
