  1. Place all the ingredients into your slow cooker. Fill with filtered water to the fill line.
  2. Slow cook for at least 12 hours
  3. Pour into glass jars using a strainer to keep out the vegetables and herbs
  4. Keep in the fridge. Or store in freezer. Sip or add to recipes!
