MANGO CHIA PUDDING PARFAITS
Ingredients
Instructions
- In a high speed blender add: milk of choice, half of a sliced mango, juice of half a lime, protein powder and honey if using. Blend until smooth! Essentially you are making a mango milk.
- Pour the milk into a bowl. Add chia seeds and whisk together. Let the chia pudding sit a few minutes to thicken up a bit. If its too thick, you can add a dash or 2 more of milk.
- Slice up the remaining half of your mango into cubes. Choose containers or jars that have airtight lids. Scoop chia pudding into containers. Once its about half way full, add a layer of mango cubes. Then add another layer of chia pudding. Top it with more mango, lime zest and a lime slice to garnish. Squeeze the lime on top before you eat it!
